Culinary pleasures aboard can be high drama, as celebrity chef Charlie Palmer unveils his latest creations. In the stylish open-seating Restaurant, tables glisten with Porsgund china and Schott Zwiesel crystal. Candlelit evenings are elegant affairs, and on black-tie optional occasions, tuxedos and sequins add to the Sparkle. Most evenings, however, are simply "jacket required."

For casual dining, lavish breakfast and lunch buffets await you in the Verdana cafe. The nightly, imaginative tasting menus are presented in Restaurant 2 our new alternative dining experience.

His progressive approach to American cuisine is showcased aboard our ships in a wide variety of specially-created signature dishes.


Entertainment

Sophisticated Seabourn nights begin with the shimmer of sunsets at sea. The music of a pianist strikes the perfect tone for enjoying cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in the intimate Observation Lounge. After dinner, an ever-changing line-up of entertainment evokes an array of magical moods. Tap your foot to the rhythm of a jazz session one night. Look forward to cabaret or comedy the next. Court Lady Luck at the roulette wheel in the casino.

Sometimes the Seabourn quartet serenades you. Fascinating conversations often arise with new-found friends on board. Our staff and guests laugh together over an impromptu game of Liar's Club or Team Trivia. Spontaneity is encouraged, so unplanned happenings may occur; the Captain has even been known to stop the ship and turn off the lights for a once-in-a-lifetime stargazing experience. If you stroll out on deck for a nightcap of vintage cognac, complement it with a selection from our cigar aficionado menu.

Certain evenings herald signature Seabourn events, such as our Evening Under the Stars. It begins with a sumptuous barbeque on deck, with everything from lobster tails to spare ribs. After dinner, a band plays rock & roll hits and the deck becomes your dance floor. Another night may feature Movies Under the Stars with fresh popcorn and chocolate desserts on deck.
