Princess Onboard Cuisine

The innovation and choice defining Princess Cruises' cuisine has been recognized by Onboard Services magazine with the Diamond Award for Outstanding Onboard Catering.
"We are proud that the culinary talents and creations of our onboard chefs have been recognized by this industry magazine," said Rick James, Princess' senior vice president of customer service and sales. "The award validates our ongoing efforts to provide our passengers with the greatest choice and flexibility in dining, and the highest quality in onboard cuisine."

Princess was also recognized with its fleet-wide induction into the prestigious Chaine des Rotisseurs, an exclusive gastronomic society that represents culinary excellence. Princess is the first and only cruise line to have been awarded this honor.

Maintaining a long tradition of innovative cuisine at sea, Princess recently introduced a sushi bar aboard each of its ships, as well as new dessert and children's menus. The line has led the way in offering multiple restaurants and dining alternatives as part of its trademark Grand Class Cruising philosophy, featuring unprecedented flexibility and choice with up to nine different dining and snack options including 24-hour restaurants, authentic pizzerias, the only Southwestern restaurant at sea, and 24-hour room service.
