Costa Onboard Cuisine
Traditional dinner is served in the main restaurant usually in two sittings. The chefs
prepare dishes to suit the tastes of guests of different nationalities. Everyone chooses
what appeals to them most. There is also the tradition of gala evenings which always
represent a moment of great emotion for the guests and chefs alike.
Breakfast
For breakfast in the utmost comfort there's the full breakfast in the traditional Restaurant, slightly more formal even with open sitting (i.e. you can sit where you like, not necessarily at your reserved table). You can order a variety of hot specialties from the menu including omelets, grilled sausages, plus fruit, cereal and much more.
Lunch
Most Guests choose an informal lunch on deck at the self-service buffet so they don't have to go far from the swimming pool and can make the most of life outdoors. Lunch is usually served between 12:00 NOON and 2:00 PM.
Dinner
You can find the ports of call on your menu too! Local specialties are prepared following traditional recipes and using ingredients bought specially in the ports of call. They may even be prepared by chefs of the corresponding nationality.
